Information for Interested Tennants

The Building Location:

Our office building is strategically located at 2338 Hurontario Street in Mississauga (the North West corner of Hurontario & Queensway Avenue West), with easy access to Trillium Hospital (Mississauga site), the Mississauga City Centre, and Mississauga Waterfront. It is reachable by Go Train with city transit that stops right in front of the building. It is three blocks away from the QEW.

The building is well exposed on Hurontario, and we are open to branding it to various tenants' needs.

The Building:

The building itself has four floors of mixed tenants, including professional business offices, dentists, doctors, and a chiropractor. There is retail on the first floor, which is currently occupied by a Pharmacy. The third floor has a large outdoor patio with many potential uses. We offer surface parking at the front and back of the building. We have additional offsite parking in an adjacent property for clerical and support staff. To ensure security, we will be providing video surveillance of the common areas.

The Actual Offices:

The actual office spaces range in size from approximately 700 square feet - 2000 square feet.

**ID Program:

Although not existing yet, we typically like to have a portion of the building reserved for individuals or companies that require an office address, receipt of mail, and the occasional location to meet a client. In addition to that we do offer small space rentals, such as a single office room with a shared waiting room and shared reception. The cost for this can range between $200 to $600 per month depending on what the needs of the client are, and what the demands on the building and support staff are.

Viewing:

You can make arrangements to book a viewing time via email at info@2338office.com. We typically do showings Monday to Friday between 10 am - 5 pm. For answering particular queries, we would have the property manager or an administrative assistant meet with you by appointment. Similarly, if you would like to rent the space - although the admin staff would typically help you fill out the basic application - the property manager would make the final decision regarding prices and commitment of the space.
